M.P.H. Application

Yale School of Public Health solely utilizes the Schools of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS) for receiving applications to the MPH program. Please visit the SOPHAS Web site for a complete listing of applications procedures and instructions.

The SOPHAS application for fall 2009 is now open. The application deadline is January 15, 2009. We strongly encourage applicants to submit the SOPHAS application and all supporting documentation no later than December 15, 2008 as SOPHAS requires 2–6 weeks to process and verify each application. (Standardized test scores should be sent to school code 3975.) Please note the Admissions Committee will review only completed application files and may begin making admissions offers in early December. All final decisions regarding admission will be made by May 31, 2009.

If you are a US Citizen or Permanent Resident, please be certain to adhere to the financial aid deadlines if you are seeking financial assistance.
