M.P.H. Application
Yale School of Public Health solely utilizes the Schools of Public Health Application Service (SOPHAS) for receiving applications. Please visit the SOPHAS Web site for a complete listing of applications procedures and instructions.
The SOPHAS application for fall 2008 will open September 4, 2007. The application deadline is January 15, 2008. We strongly encourage applicants to submit the SOPHAS application and all supporting documentation no later than December 15, 2007 as SOPHAS typically requires 2-6 weeks to process and verify an application. Please note the Admissions Committee will review only completed application files and will begin making admissions offers on January 15, 2008. All final decisions regarding admission will be made by May 31, 2008.
Admission to the Global Health Division will re-open in 2009.
