The Challenge Fund for Public Health at Yale was created to advance a program of teaching, research, and leadership that improves the health of individuals and populations around the globe. This initiative aims to:
- Create scholarships that attract the best students, reduce their debt burden, and open doors to careers in public health
- Fund the summer internships in not-for-profits and laboratories that give Yale students hands-on experience around the globe
- Encourage innovative research and compassionate action
The challenge will provide matching support as long as funds are available, extending no later than April 2010. Outright gifts and gift intentions of $50,000 to $250,000 will qualify for a 1:1 match and will create individually named endowments supporting financial aid, summer internships, or a dean’s resource fund. Please consider a gift to this vital effort, and double your impact today.
