2009 Fulbright Scholar Robert Heimer to Study AIDS Epidemic in Russia

Robert Heimer, director of the Yale Emerging Infections Program, will conduct a research project entitled Delphi analysis to explore the origins of the HIV epidemic among Russian drug users at Kazan State Medical University in Kazan, Russia with support from a 2009 Fulbright Scholarship.
