In addition to Dr. Khoshnood’s research in the U.S, China and Middle East which has focused on violence and HIV prevention, he is an influential leader in global health education at Yale, not only in the School of Public Health, but also for Yale College and the Graduate School. He serves as faculty advisor for students from all areas of the University, chairs the Downs Fellowship Committee and Global Health Internships and Fellowships at Yale. He is also the director of the Global Health Studies Program at Yale College. His courses and lectures focus on research ethics and global health.
