Recently an EST project from normalized fatbody mRNA has been completed. The sequence files can be accessed below. There were two sets of sequences undertaken, hence data is presented in two files below. Each TC represents a cluster of ESTs which are indicated in Table I below.

This data is summarized in a manuscript currently under review in Insect Molecular Biology.
