Junfeng Liu, Postdoctoral Associate in Zhao Lab, to Present Paper
at Joint Statistical Meetings/Institute of Mathematical Statistics Annual
Meeting
Junfeng Liu, Ph.D., a postdoctoral associate in the lab of Hongyu Zhao, Ph.D.,
Ira V. Hiscock Associate Professor of Public Health, has been selected to
receive an Institute of Mathematical Statistics (IMS) Laha Travel Award. Laha
Awards provide funds for students and new researchers to travel to the IMS
Annual Meeting to present a paper.
Liu's paper is entitled “Global Bayesian Approach to Identifying
Biomarkers from MALDI-MS Data” He will present it at the Joint Statistical
Meeting/IMS Annual Meeting in Minneapolis, which will be held from August
7-11.
