SAYPH Established as Yale School of Public Health’s Student Organization

The Student Association Yale School of Public Health (SAYPH) launched with a kickoff lunch on Wednesday, January 30. SAYPH, pronounced “safe” and formerly known as EPHSO, is the revitalized YSPH student organization.

Yuna Lee, president of SAYPH, says “We are part of a thriving YSPH community of faculty, staff, students and alumni; and we are really proud to be part of this School at a time when public health is more important than ever.” Ms. Lee says that SAYPH will showcase YSPH student talents and connect them with distinguished faculty and alumni, leading thinkers and practitioners, other talented Yale students, external organizations and initiatives, as well as colleagues and stakeholders from every part of the world.

SAYPH is a student-led organization. SAYPH Board members are Yuna Lee (President), Gabriel Forrey (Professional Development Chair), Elizabeth Jackson (Community Service Chair), Jorge Cruz (Social Chair) and Hillary D'Atri (Communications Chair). Please contact Yuna Lee for information on how to join.
