Mayne Named Member of Nutrition Subcommittee of Food Advisory Committee at Food and Drug Administration's Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition
Susan T. Mayne, Professor of Epidemiology in the Division of Chronic
Disease Epidemiology, was appointed to the Nutrition Subcommittee of
the Food Advisory Committee of the Food and Drug Administration's
(FDA) Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition. The Food Advisory
Committee provides advice to the Director of the Center for Food Safety
and Applied Nutrition and the Commissioner of Food and Drugs regarding
emerging food safety, food science, nutrition, and other food-related
issues.
