Areas of Interest: Ecology and evolution of vector borne pathogens, population genetics and landscape ecology, spatal epidemiology

Current Projects: Anne is working on a Spatial Risk Model for Ixodes scapularis-borne Borrelia as well as studying B. burgdorferi landscape genetics
