Covid-19, Climate Change and Supply Chain Resiliency

Tuesday, November 10, 2020, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST

The Covid-19 pandemic has exposed vulnerabilities in the global healthcare supply chain. Supply chain shocks stem from both interruptions in manufacturing and transport, and surges in demand for drugs and materials greatly exceeding supply capacity. The urgent adaptation to the COVID-19 pandemic presents opportunities for establishing a more robust and resilient supply chain, with lessons drawn from the sustainable healthcare movement to address both mitigation and adaptation to climate change. This first webinar in our series offers insights from healthcare leaders, for clinicians, healthcare administrators, business leaders and regulators, intent on building a sustainable healthcare system.

The Yale Program on Healthcare Environmental Sustainability and the Nordic Center for Sustainable Healthcare present this webinar and moderated discussion exploring healthcare sustainability focusing on supply chain resilience.

Registration is required and can be completed via EventBrite.
