These summer and special programs are designed to expose all students from all racial, ethnic and economic backgrounds who excel in math and science to explore careers in public health and experience the life of a research scientist.
For US citizens and permanent residents who are undergraduates enrolled in Connecticut colleges and universities
An immersive eight week program for a diverse group of undergraduate students enrolled in Connecticut colleges and universities to pursue higher education and careers on the leading edge of environmental health sciences by introducing them to five major emerging topics and research tools.
SIPEHS is an intensive short-term summer program which introduces exciting emerging topics and research tools in environmental health sciences to undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and health care professionals.
Our YCAS Young Scholars intensive summer program provides promising Connecticut high school students entering 11th and 12th grades, who excel in math, the opportunity to learn about the work of biostatisticians in an academic environment.
The program will provide aspiring young scientists from the New Haven community an opportunity to embed themselves within research teams engaged in all aspects of cancer research over the course of 2 summers.
