Stress Solutions Circles Wednesdays 6-7 pm September 9,16,23,30

Stressed? A little Anxious? Can't sleep? Trouble focusing? Need I go on... Enroll in “Stress Solutions Circles" a 4-week course designed to help students find practical, effective ways to deal with stress, reduce anxiety and learn (and practice) the calming skills of mindfulness and meditation. Students are required to attend all 4 class meetings. Class size is limited to 20 students with a wait list.
