Climate Change and Health in Connecticut: 2020 Report

The Yale Center on Climate Change (YCCCH) recently released the Climate Change and Health in Connecticut: 2020 Report. This comprehensive report tracks 19 indicators across four categories – temperature, extreme events, infectious diseases, and air quality – to demonstrate the impact of climate change, now and in the future, on human health in Connecticut.

This webinar, led by Dr. Laura Bozzi, YCCCH Director of Programs and the report’s lead author, will review the report’s approach, findings, and policy recommendations. While the webinar is geared toward public health professionals, policymakers, advocates, and residents in Connecticut, it may also be of interest to individuals outside of Connecticut interested in how this study may provide a replicable model for efforts in other states.
