The GHLI team works both globally and in the U.S. In the US, GHLI is anchored by a core team of faculty and staff who are committed to ensuring that our research and education programs achieve meaningful and measurable results. Our global team ensures that our programs are aligned with country priorities and contexts, our research questions are responsive to the most pressing implementation science questions, and our leadership development efforts are meaningful for managers from the front lines to the Ministry of Health. GHLI's largest global presence is in Ethiopia, where a team of over 30 mentors works across 4 regions to drive transformation in performance management capacity for improvements in primary healthcare.
