Ways to help
The Inclusion Body Myositis Registry at Yale was established in 2011 through a generous gift to the Yale School of Public Health by Dr. Martin Shubik. If you wish to make a donation, please see below the ways in which you can give. All donations are directed to the original fund established by Dr. Shubik for the continued support of work being done by the IBMR. We thank you for your contributions.
To make a donation by check, please make check payable to Yale University and include a note - either on the check memo line or as a separate note included in the envelope - stating that you would like your gift to go to the Inclusion Body Myositis Fund. Checks may be mailed to the following address:
Yale School of Public Health
Office of Development and Alumni Affairs
P.O. Box 7611
New Haven, CT 06519-0611
You may make your gift online by visiting www.yale.edu/givesph and selecting "View other/give to multiple funds" as your designation. Scrolling to the very bottom of the provided options list, you will find "Other." Please select this option and click on the "Continue" button. Typing "Inclusion Body Myositis Fund" in the "Please specify what you would like to support" dialog box that newly appears on the original website page will ensure your gift is directed to the IBM Registry fund.
