Kidest Nadew is the country director for Yale GHLI Ethiopia Programs (both clinical and non-clinical hospital and healthcare management systems). Prior to working in Ethiopia, Ms. Nadew worked in Rwanda, Australia, and Nigeria on program and service coordination in child health, pediatric HIV/AIDS, hospital middle management, and human resources for health as hospital management and leadership advisor. Ms. Nadew holds a Master of Arts in Health Science from University of Sydney and a certificate in Human Resources Management, Leadership, Small Business Management, Personal Development and Health Behaviour Change Coaching and Workplace Training. Kidest is a doctoral candidate with Glasgow Caledonian University in Health, Education and Social Sciences. As well as the overall management of country projects, in her current role Ms. Nadew is responsible for development of human resources policies and manuals, recruitment, selection and induction plans, development of job description, performance review and feedback plans and overall human resources management.
