School of Public Health: Perez-Escamilla Lab
Chandra Kelsey MPH, CHES, has research background in public health promotion focusing on maternal-child health/breastfeeding. Additional interests are: geriatric health, and health policy. She has partnered with the Connecticut Breastfeeding Coalition and Connecticut Department of Public Health on the "It's Worth It" campaign, to promote breastfeeding and community support. Other recent work involved researching the barriers of data dissemination in a study for the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program Legacy Steering Committee.
