Donate

The Inclusion Body Myositis Registry at Yale was established in 2011 through a generous gift to the Yale School of Public Health by Dr. Martin Shubik. If you wish to make a donation, please see below the ways in which you can give. All donations are directed to the original fund established by Dr. Shubik for the continued support of work being done by the IBMR. We thank you for your contributions.

By check

To make a donation by check, please make check payable to Yale University and include a note - either on the check memo line or as a separate note included in the envelope - stating that you would like your gift to go to the Inclusion Body Myositis Fund.
