FluSurv-NET
The Connecticut EIP's FluSurv-NET team conducts surveillance for severe influenza infections. Our staff work with the Connecticut Department of Public Health (CTDPH), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local hospitals to conduct surveillance among residents of southern Connecticut. Together with other FluSurv-NET sites, our data provide near real-time estimates of influenza severity in the US.
FluSurv-NET data are available on the CDC website and are also included in the CDC’s weekly FluView report.
