Advocacy Training for Climate Action: Session 1

Join YCCCH for our "Advocacy Training for Climate Action" workshop series 12-1 PM EST, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the month of February. This event is open only to students from across Yale University (undergraduate, graduate, and professional).

On February 9th, Ms. Daviana Berkowitz-Sklar, Yale College & Nature Now International, will lead "Citizen Science for Young Leaders in Costa Rica." Citizen science tools are being increasingly used to engage the general public and create understandings of local ecological systems. Drawing on her own decade of experience with ecological advocacy, Daviana will speak about and lead participants through available citizen science tools that can be used to engage the general public in important local environmental issues.

Registration for this and other sessions in the series can be done online.
