Fall into Wellness Wednesday, October 14th 5:30 – 6:30 pm

On Campus – 47 College St., Rooms 106 A & B (we will be meeting in person, with a live stream option from this space)

As we move out of the high energy of summer and begin to feel less active and grounded, turning to Fall herbs and wellness rituals can help.

Fall is a natural time to regroup, reassess and ground as it’s getting darker earlier and a little colder. Come learn about the best herbs and wellness routines to help the mind and body adjust to the Fall seasonal shift.
