Fighting Gun Violence in Court
The Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy and the Yale American Constitution Society will host three major figures shaping gun laws and policies today for a discussion of successes, setbacks, and strategies for taking on gun violence in court. The event will feature:
- Josh Koskoff, Koskoff, Koskoff & Beider, attorney to families of Sandy Hook Elementary shooting victims in suit against gun manufacturer Remington Arms Company.
- Jonathan Lowy, Chief Counsel & Vice President Legal, Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence
- Adam Skaggs, Chief Counsel & Policy Director, Giffords Law Center
The event is free and open to the public and lunch will be served.
