Intro to Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice: Harnessing what’s best in you and others during challenging times. Friday April 24th, 4PM

Sometimes in life we focus on what’s wrong - problems, struggles, and stressors - and lose sight of what’s good and strong in ourselves and others. Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice harnesses the power of mindfulness and personal character strengths. This workshop introduces participants to both mindfulness and character strengths practices to learn how each enhances the other. This synergy can then be used to create one’s best life and to better navigate life’s challenges. Learn about what your unique signature strengths are and how best to use them mindfully in all arenas of life. Now is the time to learn how to shift your focus from what’s wrong to what’s strong!

This online workshop consists of mindfulness practices, including short meditations, character strengths exercises, and group discussion. Join Danielle Casioppo, MS, Health Educator, MBSP leader, and her colleague Lauren Horner, CHES, Student Health Educator, and an MBSP graduate, for an empowering introduction to a dynamic practice that may just change your life!
