Chelsea Austin serves as an adaptation design and evaluation consultant to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Climate Ready States and Cities Initiative. She has previously completed an Evaluation Fellowship with the CDC focused on food and water safety, environmental health surveillance, and health education programming. Her background expertise is in participatory program planning and evaluation, theory-driven program design, and project management. She earned her Master’s in Public Health from Emory University in 2013 and a Bachelors in Business Management from Georgia State University in 2007.
